Share access details before scheduling so we can discuss a suitable unloading location. Keep the agreed route clear of parked vehicles and other obstacles. If your preferred spot is behind a gate or away from vehicle access, mention that in the first message rather than waiting until arrival.
Have a storage plan for your order. An airy outdoor stack with protection from rain helps keep firewood in better condition. If you are deciding between quantities, compare your storage space and expected use before ordering.
